Wig orders will be shipped out within 7-21 days from order date, to allow delays.

Ready to Ship wigs will be sent out 2-3 business days from order date.

Once wig has been shipped you will receive a tracking number where you will be able to check the status and estimated arrival date.

We do not have control of the shipping carrier; therefore, we cannot change the address of any orders placed. Make sure to check your address before completing your purchase. If the address id incorrect, your order will be canceled.

Once item has shipped Beauty Unleashed is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen products.

Beauty Unleashed reserves the right to request proof of identification if your order is flagged as a risk.

WASHING

De tangle with wide tooth combs from the end to root to avoid matting or breakage.

For colored wigs, shampoo only when necessary to avoid color fading. When shampooing, use a shampoo specialized for colored hair. As well as wash in cool water to avoid color fading.

Deep conditioning is recommended once a month depending on the conditions the wig is exposed to.

Be gentle with closure or frontal when conditioning and avoid products on the knots to prevent balding.

STYLING

When straightening or curling use heat protectant as well as avoid temperatures above 400 degrees

Our wigs are made with 100% virgin hair, therefore, avoid daily heat to prevent breakage and shedding. 

With proper care, units can last 2-4 years.
